To ensure the most vibrant experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our house rules and reservation policies.
MINIMUM SPENDING IS REQUIRED FOR GROUPS OF 10 AND ABOVE:
LUNCH – $50++ PER PERSON INCLUDING DRINKS
DINNER – $70++ PER PERSON INCLUDING DRINKS
1. Reservation & Cancellation Policy
At Medusa, we curate an intimate and high-energy dining experience. To secure your spot, a valid credit card must be provided via our secure payment link.
The 24-Hour Rule: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or significant decreases in party size.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to arrive for your booking, will incur a $30 per person fee charged to the card on file.
2. Drinks & BYO
While we boast an extensive cellar of Roman and Italian vintages, we understand you may have a special bottle at home.
Corkage Fee: Our corkage fee is $65 per bottle.
1×1 Policy: We operate on a 1-for-1 basis—for every bottle brought in, we kindly ask that you also purchase a bottle from our curated wine list.
