How far in advance do I need to book?
Events must be booked at least 2 months in advance to secure your preferred date.
What deposit is required?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be completed before the event starts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What is your cancellation policy?
- More than 1 week before event: Full deposit refunded
- 48 hours to 1 week before: 50% of deposit withheld
- Within 48 hours: All monies paid forfeited

When do I need to confirm final details?
All event details, guest count, menu selections, and operational requirements must be finalised 7 days before your event date.
Can I make changes close to my event date?
Amendments within 72 hours may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
What's included in my event hire time?
Event duration includes 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for teardown/disassembly. You’ll be charged by the hour for the total event period.
Are there any restricted items or activities?
Confetti, glitter, adhesives, and excessive spills are prohibited. If used, a mandatory cleaning fee starting from $120 will apply.
What am I responsible for as the client?
You’re responsible for ensuring adequate venue access, power supply, and any necessary permits or approvals. Any damages to Medusa’s equipment, furniture, florals, styling inventory, or venue property caused by guests, vendors, or external parties will be charged to you.
Do you provide highchairs?
No, highchairs are not provided.
Will you photograph my event?
Medusa reserves the right to photograph or document events for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer otherwise, please notify us in writing before your event.
